Job Description
A. The Facilities Assistant will report to the C&W Services FM Manager and shall coordinate vendor and contractor services ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standards & SOPs to include Quality and Performance oversite for the management of:
All on site vendors and contractors performing facility services
i. Janitorial
ii. Landscaping
iii. Office Supplies
iv. Copiers/Printers
v. First Aid Supplies
vi. Fire Extinguisher Maintenance and Fire Alarms Vendors
vii. All Covid-19 related supplies: masks, hand sanitizer, sanitizer wipes and gloves
viii. All other duties and contractors as directed by the Chief Engineer
B. The Facilities Assistant shall work in Oracle Management System, including creating and tracking facility requisitions (HQ and US remote sites)
C. The Facilities Assistant shall coordinate food service vendors, including:
i. Coordinating engineering meals (weekday evenings)
ii. Overseeing and reporting on the food service provider lunch program
iii. Managing and coordinating meal and food services
D. The Facilities Assistant shall coordinate moves and maintaining move management database.
E. The Facilities Assistant shall be responsible for PO management for contractors, suppliers, and vendors related to facilities management as directed by Fortinet Facilities Director.
F. C&W Services shall provide adequate training and resources to support the Facilities Assistant to ensure his/her success in this role.
Compensation: $32.00/hr.
