Oracle Reporting and Analytics Specialist
Salary Range: $87,344.00 - $129,669.00
Hybrid: Location; Washington DC (Approximately couple days onsite per week)
This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Financial Operations and Systems (OFOS), District Integrated Financial System (DIFS) Support Center. The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership and support for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)/Oracle; Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to ensure reporting requirements are defined and addressed in OBIEE/OTBI design and development.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Design and generate ad-hoc reports; prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring issues
Act as a liaison between users/business units and the DIFS Support Center (DSC) technical team to ensure user requirements are understood and technical design needs are met
Conduct user training; troubleshooting system and reporting issues; and interfacing with business owners at all levels
Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Four (4) years of progressive experience performing related duties and responsibilities such as: assisting with determining database needs and developing design specifications; utilizing data validation techniques; developing metrics and key performance indicators to measure inputs/outputs that drive operational change; and supporting an Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition /Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence platform. Incumbent must have strong collaboration, analytical, and trouble-shootings skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills required. Knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Project Management Cloud, and Oracle EPM Cloud is preferred.
