Job Description: The Production Support Manager (PeopleSoft) is responsible for system support, project management, troubleshooting, configuration, testing and training of financial systems as well as financial data integrity. The role also provides subject matter expertise related to specific financial modules and is involved with continuous process improvement management. Although there are several Peoplesoft modules, this role requires a core competency in the Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Project Costing areas. Systems supported include but are not limited to PeopleSoft, CSI Watchdog, Concur and any other finance systems.
