Work you'll do/Responsibilities
â¢As a Oracle ERP Cloud Developer will work with teams to deliver new process solutions based on the Oracle ERP cloud implementation and Cloud Data Management.

â¢6+ years hands-on ERP experience or an equivalent ERP technology, 5 years in team lead or manager roles
â¢At least 2+ project leading Customer/Onsite/Offshore development teams
â¢At least 2+ End-2-End Cloud Implementation Experience
â¢Strong Oracle Integration Cloud experienced
â¢Extensive experience in Cloud SCM and Financial modules
â¢Extensive experience required on Oracle Paas related components including Efficiency in Solutioning for technical components
â¢Proficient in following waterfall development methodologies and OUM documentation standards
â¢Expert in Oracle development tools, some Fusion application functionality, system administration, Data modeling, and knowledge of a Multi-Business architecture
â¢Good at stakeholder management Should have customer management, requirement gathering
â¢Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions
â¢Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA area.
â¢Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice
â¢Be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
â¢An advanced degree in the area of specialization
â¢Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
â¢Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation
â¢A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
â¢Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
â¢Willingness to mentor junior staff
â¢Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
â¢Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
â¢Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
â¢Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
