Leads design of Oracle cloud based SCM solution.Â
Manages team quality for SCM solution.
Configures Oracle cloud solutions.
Supports functional and technical designs and tests across integrations.
Provides Oracle expertise across the SCM team in support of the SCM Project Manager.
Collaborates with all members of the ITS and Finance and Administration senior leadership team, Provost's Office, and other academic and administrative divisions across campus.
Works directly with members of the University procurement team to gather requirements and support design, testing, delivery, and communications.
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation including process designs, configuration workbooks, conversion design and execution, test scripting and execution, and status reports.Â
Escalates risks and issues to management as needed.
Supports development of communications, presentations as needed.
Gathers and analyzes data from multiple sources across campus to inform decision-making.
Leads business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses. Solves unique and complex problems relating to computer equipment capacity, limitations, and operation time.
Communicates and presents on system enhancements and/or alternatives to colleagues in IT management.
Performs other related work as needed.
Bachelorâ™s degree in a related field.
Minimum five years of experience with Supply Chain.
Employment history in education, higher education or nonprofit industry.
Involvement with delivering a process or technology change in large and complex organizations.
Expertise in data analysis and reporting.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Background with full lifecycle of ERP deployment.
Skilled at SCM delivery through a minimum of 2 lifecycles.
Working knowledge with one to two life cycle deployments of Oracle Cloud ERP.
Understanding of technology implementation, process changes, or financial operations at an R1 research university.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
Manage competing priorities, work simultaneously on multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.Â
