Masters degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and four years work related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
Bachelors degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and six years work related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
Associates degree in computer science, a related field, or a clinical field and seven years work related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
Eight years work related experience in the information technology field or a combination of clinical or operational healthcare environments; OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience where one year of experience will be substituted for an Associates degree and two years of experience will be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
Experience supporting, extending, and customizing Oracle E-Business Suite financial applications (version 12 or higher).
Experience managing the development and upgrading of Oracle Financials modules such as GL, Payables, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management applications
Experience evaluating and improving financial business workflows with software solutions.
Experience as a project manager for department-wide systems initiatives.
Job Related Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong technical understanding of Oracle applications, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets.
Must have expert level skills with Oracle development environment and tools, including ADI, OFA, Discoverer, Apex, JDeveloper and PL/SQL
Ability to develop detailed user requirements/specifications documentation supporting complex system enhancements.
Must have a thorough understanding of data models and database design concepts.
Must have knowledge of development life cycle and production environment procedures in an Oracle applications environment.
Must have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while being collaborative in resolving problems.
Must have demonstrated, excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person.
Must possess energy and drive to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
