JOB SUMMARY – The Sr. PeopleSoft Application Analyst will provide administrative and technical oversight and support for PeopleSoft and other assigned application(s) in support of business functions. This person will lead and assist with the analysis, recommendations for corrective actions, and resolution of problems within the software application. The Sr. PeopleSoft Application Analyst will perform advanced troubleshooting and support of essential and advanced functions of the PeopleSoft on-line applications including but not limited to HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Portal. The ideal Sr. PeopleSoft Application Analyst will have strong PeopleSoft HCM functional skills with focus on Benefits, Benefits Administration, Benefits Self-Service, Fluid Enrollment, Testing, Business Analysis Functional Lead, Business requirements, Functional Design, Open Enrollment, Implementation, Upgrade, Configuration/Configured, Led, Gap, Change Management.
