This position is primarily responsible for managing the non-credit registration software (Campus CE) and customer relationship management software (Salesforce), while assisting colleges with data in the PeopleSoft Student Administration system. The ideal candidate will also maintain the Workforce Solutions web site, prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for Workforce Solutions accountability measures, and serve as the back-up for all financial processing for Workforce Solutions including TRAINS grant reporting.
Serve as the primary contact and functional lead for the CampusCE and Salesforce to support the colleges on a daily basis with any issues related to the software
Serve as the primary contact for the on-going maintenance, troubleshooting and security for CampusCE and Salesforce in conjunction with the Technology Solutions Application Developer and Finance as well as other stakeholders at the System Office
Prepare and monitor Workforce Solutions accountability reports, work with colleges to correct data entry problems and assist colleges in resolving any issues and/or discrepancies in accountability measures
Conduct training for the colleges both in groups and one-on-one settings
Prepare, monitor, and submit quarterly Company Outreach and TRAINS reports for Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA)
Develop and maintain the training manual for non-credit software and Salesforce CRM
Maintain and update Workforce Solutions information on the website
Coordinate the development and implementation of other software tools for Workforce Solutions
Assist with regional and statewide projects for Workforce Solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience or equivalent
KY law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment. Initial review of applicants will begin on September 21, 2020.
