Reporting to the ERP and Regionalization Project Director, the Project Manager will support transformation efforts associated with the onboarding of the new ERP system and regionalization of business processes and improvements across ICAP by providing comprehensive day to day support to all Project Management Office members to ensure the timely progress, coordination and successful completion of the Project.
This is a temporary position for one year.
Coordinates all meetings with Executive Steering Committee, Project Management Office, Subject Matter Experts and project stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure timely and effective progress and decision-making, recommending sub-meetings where necessary. 15%
Documents meeting minutes inclusive of topics of discussions, agreed decisions, and subsequent steps/actions. 10%
Establishes and manages a robust project management tool for tracking project timeline, milestones, issues and other related matters.10%
Creates and maintains comprehensive and accurate project documentation for all phases of the project. 10%
Documents and continuously updates project plan with collaboration and input from other Project Management Office members. 10%
Monitor and tracks project results against all short- and long-term goals, milestones, issues and areas of risk. 10%
Participates in budgetary management in support of Project Director. 10%
Manages record of changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques alerting PD as necessary.10%
Provides support to Project Director in management of relationship with vendors. 5%
Monitors assignment of Subject Matter Experts key deliverables and deadlines to ensure expected outcomes are achieved. 5%

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Public Health, Finance, Management, or related fields or equivalent in education and experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
5+ years of experience addressing management and operational requirements of donor-supported public health or development projects within a non-profit or academic setting
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, record-keeping, writing, and verbal communications skills and a demonstrated orientation towards customer service
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing demands, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
Capacity to work with a high degree of independence within a matrixed, deadline-driven, multi-tasking environment
Ability to document procedure, and to write reports and operational guidelines
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Visio and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of the pre and post award management of government grants and contracts, with a heavy emphasis on the reporting requirements of the US government
Experience working in a multi-layered environment with a variety of reporting relationships and varying reporting responsibilities.
Experience working in an environment where there are multiple and sometimes conflicting closing dates and timelines.
3 to 4 international trips per year may be required
